As an AI language model, I don't have personal preferences, but I can provide information. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai are two different seasons of the same series. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is the first season, while Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai is the second season. Both seasons are essential to fully understand the story, as the second season provides crucial answers and explanations to the mysteries presented in the first season. Therefore, both seasons are important and complement each other in telling the complete story of Higurashi. **

"Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" is the first season of the anime series, focusing on the mysterious events in the small village of Hinamizawa. "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai" is the second season, which serves as a continuation and conclusion to the story, providing more answers and explanations to the mysteries introduced in the first season. While the first season sets up the premise and introduces the characters, the second season delves deeper into the complex narrative and resolves many of the lingering questions. **

When payroll taxes are withheld from employees' paychecks, they are recorded as a current liability until they are remitted to the appropriate tax authorities. The employer's portion of payroll taxes, such as Social Security and Medicare taxes, are also recorded as a current liability until they are paid. Once the payroll taxes are paid, the liability is reduced and the corresponding expense is recognized on the income statement. **

One way to save Koro Sensei from Assassination Classroom is to find a way to remove the tentacles that are his weak spot. This could involve finding a cure or antidote that neutralizes the effects of the tentacles. Another way could be to appeal to Koro Sensei's humanity and try to reason with him, showing him that there is another way to achieve his goals without resorting to destruction. Additionally, working together with Koro Sensei's students and allies to come up with a peaceful solution could also help save him from harm. **
