Payroll taxes are recorded as a liability on the company's balance sheet until they are paid. When payroll taxes are withheld from employees' paychecks, they are recorded as a current liability until they are remitted to the appropriate tax authorities. The employer's portion of payroll taxes, such as Social Security and Medicare taxes, are also recorded as a current liability until they are paid. Once the payroll taxes are paid, the liability is reduced and the corresponding expense is recognized on the income statement. **

If the Earth were really a flat disc, the people who would benefit the most would likely be those who promote and profit from the conspiracy theory. The choice between a flat or helix design depends on the specific application and requirements. A flat design may be more suitable for applications where space is limited and a low profile is needed. On the other hand, a helix design may be preferred for applications where a higher torque or power transmission is required, as the helical shape provides more contact area and can handle higher loads. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the specific needs and constraints of the application. **
