It is unfair and inaccurate to make a blanket statement about the attractiveness of road cyclists. Attractiveness is subjective and cannot be determined by someone's choice of sport or activity. Road cyclists, like individuals in any other sport or activity, come in all shapes, sizes, and appearances. It is important to avoid making assumptions about someone's attractiveness based on their hobbies or interests. **

It is difficult to determine an exact number of cyclists after which one is drunk, as alcohol affects individuals differently based on factors such as weight, metabolism, and tolerance. However, in general, the legal limit for blood alcohol concentration while cycling is the same as for driving, which is typically around 0.08%. As for stronger cyclists, there may be individuals who have a higher tolerance for alcohol due to factors such as body composition and alcohol consumption habits, but ultimately, alcohol impairs physical and cognitive abilities regardless of strength or fitness level. **

Payroll taxes are recorded as a liability on the company's balance sheet until they are paid. When payroll taxes are withheld from employees' paychecks, they are recorded as a current liability until they are remitted to the appropriate tax authorities. The employer's portion of payroll taxes, such as Social Security and Medicare taxes, are also recorded as a current liability until they are paid. Once the payroll taxes are paid, the liability is reduced and the corresponding expense is recognized on the income statement. **

You can report cyclists by contacting your local law enforcement agency and providing them with as much information as possible, such as the location, time, and description of the cyclist. If the cyclist is violating traffic laws, you can also report them to the local transportation department or city council. Additionally, some cities have online reporting systems or hotlines specifically for reporting traffic violations, including those committed by cyclists. **

It is not accurate or fair to label all cyclists as ignorant. Like any group of people, cyclists are individuals with varying levels of knowledge and behavior. Some cyclists may exhibit ignorance due to lack of education or awareness about road rules and safety measures, while others may simply make mistakes or poor decisions. It is important to avoid generalizations and instead address specific behaviors or issues when discussing the actions of cyclists. **

As an AI, I don't have personal feelings, but I can tell you that some people may find cyclists annoying due to factors such as sharing the road, following traffic laws, or taking up space on the road. However, it's important to remember that cyclists have the same rights as other road users and play an important role in promoting sustainable transportation and reducing traffic congestion. It's essential for all road users to respect and coexist with one another for safe and efficient travel. **
